The position oversees and develops a market and user-centric team of product management and design professionals to innovate and execute in support of business strategy. A leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly evolving organizational and market environments Experience in agile software development, especially Scrum A track record of co-creating and executing on a product vision Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated experience in hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics Demonstrated ability to enable Sales with great support and go to market strategies Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and priorities Experience leveraging Atlassian toolchains to execute process and measure overall effectiveness is strongly preferred Able to travel about 20% to visit users and prospects Why We Need You Attract and retain high quality talent Coach and mentor individuals and teams into high performers Lead Product Management function consisting of Product Managers, Product Owners and Designers who work hand in hand with engineering on empowered SCRUM teams Improve and communicate agile product management culture emphasizing continuous improvement of flow and velocity of value to customers Design and oversee a process to intake, triage, and prioritize new opportunities Drive prioritization of work across product portfolio Identify and develop value streams as tools for establishing alignment and cross functional improvement Foster a culture that believes in the importance of rapid testing, validated learning and iteration Collaborate on build vs. buy vs. partner opportunities to maximize time to market, customer value, and financial results
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
