Summary of Position:
IAP is seeking a Metrics and Data Analyst based out of San Diego, CA or Norfolk, VA that will be responsible for developing training metrics including, but not limited to schedule execution, student critique response analysis and trending, training impact, and return on investment. Essential Job Functions:
(not limited to duties as described - performs related duties as requested) The Metrics and Data Analyst shall:
Identify and provide recommendations for class schedule adjustment. Identify and provide recommendations for course curriculum adjustment. Identify and provide recommendations for and process improvements. Provide presentations to support program reviews and staff knowledge support. Education &
Experience:
(or equivalent) AA degree in a computer science related major and a Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification. Demonstrated five (5) years experience in data analysis support for complex projects and database design. Experience in integrating and analyzing survey responses to develop trends and summary reports. Demonstrated proficiency and experience in using Microsoft Office products, especially with Access, Excel and PowerPoint. License & Certifications:
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification Knowledge & Skills Proficiency and experience in using Microsoft Office products, especially with Access, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with the U.S. Navy 3-M processes and practices.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Database AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
