Lead and develop a new sector of business Gather requirements, develop strategies and execute synthetic solutions for use with rapid target synthesis and efficient scalable routes. Create, implement and follow strict SOPs for record keeping, data integrity, and compliance as well as any client-specific requirements. years' industry experience Solid knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry reaction mechanisms and reactivity to be able to independently design and/or troubleshoot synthetic routes and to help junior team members solve challenging chemistry problems Client facing communication and project management abilities to direct project scope, communicate scientific findings and push timelines Proven collaboration experience demonstrating the ability to work with others to purify and synthesize reactions Exposure to building out a new lab and training new scientists a big plus
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
