Job Description We are looking for an experienced Analytics professional to support our Trust & Safety team, which focuses on reducing risk in our marketplace. Your team's work is foundational to Etsy's dedication to providing world-class customer support and a safe, trusted marketplace for the millions of buyers and sellers in the Etsy community. As Senior Data Scientist partnered with Trust & Safety you will work to consistently deliver clear insights while providing access to metrics, data, and tools needed for decision-making and optimization at all levels of the organization. 4+years of proven success as a data analyst focused on supporting teams with data access, reporting, and insights Experience employing analytics to guide strategy in areas like payments compliance, content moderation, AML, etc. Successful track record of distilling highly complex problems into narratives that are concise, action focused, and memorable, and express your recommendations with both conviction and finesse. High proficiency with advanced analytical techniques and SQL Ability to communicate insights to senior executives verbally, visually, and in writing A trust in and commitment to Etsy's vision, mission and values. Qualifications About You Ideally, you'll bring:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
