Summary The Scientist in Exploratory R&D will be responsible for process development and improvement. In particular, he/she will be involved in optimization and troubling of cell culture processes, in order to establish a consistent and improved cell culture method for primary cells, hybridoma cell lines, and other relevant cell types. This role will also support new product development for cell culture applications, such as media and supplements. Knowledge of process development in small and large scale is a plus. He/she must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Be able to maintain good documentation practices of experiments and generate reports. Must be proficient in computer software use (Excell, Word, and Powerpoint). Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. Must be collaborative and have good communication skills.
