Position Summary Develop, generate, and execute awareness of Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara and its key offerings through digital presence including but not limited to all forms of social media, email marketing, mobile communications and online reputation management.
In addition, work directly with the Villa Sales & Marketing Manager to assist with the execution of public relations and marketing strategies including media visits and coverage, tracking of all related efforts and other initiatives as directed.

Job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Social Media and Digital - 60% Create curated content with direction from the Villa Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure it amplifies key messages and tells a story consistent with our hotel and Four Seasons brand identity, while managing and monitoring the hotel's presence on Social Media networks (primarily Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) in conjunction with input and support from the Villa Sales & Marketing Manager Responsible for guest and community engagement on relevant social media channels Utilize available programs to integrate proper User Generated Content Manage on-line and social reputation for Residence Club, Spa and Restaurants.
Respond to comments, inquiries and reviews promptly Contribute regularly to Corporate social media initiatives, and implement local social media partnerships for cross-promotional opportunities Manage social media analytics, monitoring tools and report results and findings Monitor the Residence Club's presence (Residence Club and Outlets) on all relevant websites, including review sites such as Revinate, Google, Trip Advisor, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
in addition to other online communities, ensuring content is accurate Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer service issues in digital spaces and provide clear social direction to each department for follow up with guests Ensure leads and potential business opportunities are flagged and followed-up on by appropriate individual Ensure all relevant news is disseminated through these networks with channel-appropriate content Initiate conversations and build relationships with digital influencers on a consistent basis Prepare monthly Social Media Report Read industry and social media news and training materials provided by Corporate and/or corporate agencies With direction from the Villa Sales & Marketing Manager and assistance from the Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant, update and maintain property website, app and external booking engines within the corporate standards, and maintain current image library and video footage to maximize media coverage.
Facilitate media requests, interviews, photo shoots, and maintain press clippings and media lists.
Act as web contact for hotel divisions and Corporate Web Team in conjunction with the Villa Sales & Marketing Manager Create and coordinate monthly (and as needed) email blasts to local email lists through our Four Seasons programs with input and support from the Villa Sales & Marketing Manager (LMLM) Assist with video and photo shoots at the hotel as well as create new, on-brand photography for social media posts as needed Public Relations/Marketing- 35% Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports as needed for Month End Assist with planning and implementing related media coverage and promotions Manage internal content calendar and coordinate content from operations staff ensuring all conceptual and creative ideas meet objectives and timelines Ability to create and/or edit in house collateral promotional materials using power point, publisher, word and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Work with Villa Sales & Marketing Manager to provide media with relevant hotel news, digital assets and timely pitching opportunities Conduct media and influencer property tours and develop itineraries as needed Work with Villa Sales & Marketing Manager to leverage marketing opportunities with third party marketing agency Attend and, at times, lead RC/F&B/Spa marketing meetings as well as other meetings pertinent to promotions Assist with all marketing and public relations planning and execution and operation/promotional activities Attend hotel promotional events as needed Maintain excellent vendor relationships and supervise projects, particularly graphics, printing, tracking ad schedules and others as needed Additional Functions - 5% Assist with all guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department, including assisting with high telephone volume Assist with the development of all direct sales presentation material for both travel industry and group sales Proofread all marketing material, including:
collateral, direct mail, advertising, printed promotional pieces, guest correspondence, etc.
Create presentation materials for marketing and budget presentations, as well as owner meetings Assist Villa Sales & Marketing Manager as needed Perform other tasks or assignments as requested by a member of the management team Skills/
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have:
College graduate Minimum one-year social media and online marketing experience; Public Relations and hospitality experience preferred Photography / videography experience specific to lifestyle / social media Excellent writing, presentation, and communications skills, with a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set Adapt to the style, tonality, and vernacular of the current voice of employee and consumer facing social mediums consistent with the Four Seasons brand identity Attention to detail/extremely organized Excellent customer service skills Effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of projects/programs Multi-task effectively, manage multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities Demonstrated knowledge of mobile, emerging, and social media applications Computer savvy with Microsoft Office Motivated to educate and learn the future of social media as it relates to the property Experience with InDesign and other Creative Cloud applications preferred We Offer:
