Quick Apply Part-time 22 hours ago Full Job Description Seaside Arts Center is non-profit, multi-disciplinary arts school based in Carmel Valley teaching dance, music, theater, and visual arts to students of all ages, both on site and through enrichment programs at schools throughout San Diego.
We are looking for an experienced Hip Hop & Creative Movement Dance Teacher who will report to the Artistic & Executive Director.
The role will begin primarily teaching at off-site locations in the La Jolla/UTC area, but there is potential for the role to increase and add more classes for the right person.
Must be available from 2:
45 on weekday afternoons.
At Seaside, we believe cost should never limit a child's ability to receive a quality arts education, so we offer an in-house scholarship program, as well as partner with other organizations to offer classes to youth at risk, or who would otherwise receive little-to-no arts education.
Requirements:
A love of children and a positive attitude Experience in teaching dance to children Experience in teaching children Passion for the arts Reliable transportation with current car insurance DOJ/FBI background check will be done for this position Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
$25.
