Job Description AECOM has a position available for a Construction Manager to join our growing Energy Business Line supporting large multi-year projects as part of the program and construction management team.
The projects include grid modernization, transportation electrification, renewable fuels, emerging markets in hydrogen and carbon capture, microgrids, solar and battery storage, and other energy projects.
AECOM is pursuing projects in the industrial, municipal, defense, and commercial market segments.
AECOM offers the freedom and flexibility to work remotely and/or be located at a variety of Energy offices located in multiple locations across the United States.
The responsibilities for the position include, but may not be limited to:
Establishes operational objectives and work plans.
Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
Develops, modifies, executes company polices that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.
Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.
Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.
Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
BA/BS
8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Valid Driver's License with a good driving record PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction from ABET accredited college or university 9
years of relevant experience in construction management in the engineering or construction industry.
Relevant Field Experience preferred Success in working with remote teams Additional Information Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Offered rate of compensation (California & Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The salary range for this position is $130,000.
00 - $190,000.
00 annually exempt.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
