The expectation is that the person in this role would create and maintain a positive work environment, communicating with all other leads, managers and team members in a positive way.
This person would be proud of their work space and represent our brand through sharing the Handel's story and being knowledgeable about the product.
In this position you will be required to scoop ice cream and work on a window.
You will be managing a team of 4-15 individuals at a time.
Ensuring all labor goals are met, the work envrionment stays positive and work focused.
The position requires the ability to lift 25 lbs often and 50 lb on occasion.
This position is also a job in which you will be standing and working in a fast paced environment.
