We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our team.
The role is part-time starting at 10 hours per week.
The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies, as well as creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
The Social Media Manager will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with other members of the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
Create and curate high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Manage and grow our social media channels including Instagram, and TikTok.
Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to support launches, promotions, and events.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies and make recommendations to improve our social media presence.
Consistently create content at a high turnover rate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (attained or in progress) in Communications, or related field.

years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
