Performance Criteria:
Strong Construction Administration/management skills and experience.
Management of customers.
Personable and professional demeanor Must possess character traits of being accurate, meticulous, hardworking, proactive, efficient, and self-organizing Familiar with Computers, applications and proficient in Office Duties:
Must be reliable and detailed oriented Organize and Schedule key phases with sub-contractors.
Call for inspection and keep projects moving Identify construction issues and set up procedures to avoid identical mistakes.
Assist in enforcing all procedures in the construction administration process.
Customer Service is key, must have good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
Maintain an organized office where files are easily and readily accessible and referenced Front Office experience required, including answering phones and greeting visitors Prepare and send documentation to customers, clients and vendors with follow up communications Keep track and follow-up on the documentation necessary to meet deadlines
