We are looking for candidates that have experience processing insurance authorizations.
Bilingual is highly desirable.
This is not a short term position or summer job.
We are looking for long-term candidates only.
Approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Weekends we are closed.

Welcome patients in the plastic surgery office Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort Basic front office skills Collecting payments/ post payments in patient EMR Answer high volume of phone calls in a friendly, welcoming manner Scheduling appointments for patients Surgery Scheduling Assist patient coordinator Billing/Insurance Explain Services to Customers Assist in filling out intake forms Escort patients to exam rooms Process insurance authorizations and file appeals when denials occur Opening and initiating warranty claims
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Friendly, Courteous, and personable demeanor is a MUST Attention to detail Have good Scheduling and Time management skills MUST be able to adapt, multi-task, and prioritize tasks as needed to maintain schedule 2 years customer service experience is required PowerPoint knowledge Excel knowledge Social media knowledge Skills:
