0 Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Bring the HP brand positioning alive through the newly created brand visual identity and design.
Partner with other members of the brand team to help define the creative strategy and visual manifestation of HP's brand positioning.
Create, update, and publish Brand Identity Guidelines Mentor and collaborate with pan-HP design and creative community (Digital Marketing, Front End Developers, UI/UX, E-commerce, Campaign Managers, External Agencies, and others) to ensure design consistency, brand relevance and usability across the entire customer journey.
Own and continuously evolve our visual identity and provide guidance to others across the company and to agency partners on the proper application.
Partner with in-house creative teams to create resources to meet common needs of the market with flexibility for country customization, enabling country-first model.
Facilitate communication and strategic alignment of brand visual identity across businesses, marketing disciplines, sectors, and stakeholder groups.
Be an advocate for design; educating and enabling others to create on-brand experiences.
Conduct competitive and out of category benchmarking, analysis, and monitoring.
Serve as an internal brand design expert to make recommendations and steer strategic creative design decisions REQUIREMENTS BA degree in graphic design or a related field.

years of experience in graphic design, branding, and UX/UI Experience as a brand specialist, lead designer, graphic artist, or related position required.
Knowledge of branding guidelines and maintenance required.
Ability to write and communicate brand guidance in support of brand guidelines required.
Experience with direct responsibility for brand development and management preferred.
