a premier convention child care company, is in search of program manager to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in San Diego.
The responsibility of the coordinator is to help plan and manage the details of putting on high quality children's programs throughout the US and Canada.
Clients include major national conventions and professional sports organizations.
Start as soon as 1/9/2023 $19/hour to start, advancement opportunities Description of Duties:
Coordinate and monitor pre-registration for special events Communicate program details to clients, event staff, and hotels Prepare program materials, including forms and on-site activities Collect time sheets from managers and help prepare staff payroll Be able to work on-site as a caregiver when needed, to assure quality control Pack and unpack supply boxes in the office Evaluate effectiveness of program services and facilities Write summary reports and create photo pages Create calendars, flyer, schedules, and invoices for clients Conduct phone interviews and reference checks Perform other duties as required or needed by supervisor Assist other departments as necessary Requirements:
Excellent customer care skills Strong computer skills with ability to work in Windows environment Good math, oral and written communication, and organization skills Sometimes available after hours to assist managers during programs Desirable:
College degree in a related field Previous administrative experience Experience in child care or event planning Compensation/
