SUMMARY The Houseperson (Ayudante de Recamarera) ensures the Room Attendants' ability to provide service that meets or exceeds our guests' expectations by efficiently executing their duties and responsibilities.

Ensures Room Attendants have supplies and equipment necessary to perform their job.
Prepares the linen for shipping and receiving and is responsible for its distribution.
Maintains property linen rooms and Room Attendants' carts well-stocked and orderly.
Collects soiled linen from checkout rooms when instructed by Supervisor.
Performs window cleaning of guestrooms adhering to productivity standards.
Works in accordance with set safety standards and practices.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous similar position is preferred.
Experience in dealing with the public is preferred, such as retail cashier, food industry service, guest service with public contacts, etc.
Ability to maintain a friendly, team-oriented, positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times.
Ability to be poised under pressure with continued smiles, and maintain a highly diplomatic attitude with challenging guests and under stressful circumstances.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift.
