Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed California Real Estate Agent/Broker Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Some sense of marketing and advertising practices Skilled in industry practices and lease language Excellent communication and negotiating skills Ability to make and keep relationships in the market Location :
