Job Duties Include:
Be the first point of contact to greet people as they enter the office.
Manage phone calls and incoming mail.
Manage appearance of office, handle all restocking and office inventory Assist our Keller Williams associates as questions arise daily Be able to assist with tech support questions and have an ability to troubleshoot office technology (printers, computers, etc.
) Manage the office training calendar Assist in planning office events including but not limited to charity drives, awards ceremonies, holiday parties, and monthly social events.
Manage the public social media accounts for our Keller Williams office (Instagram and Facebook) Create marketing material from templates for training classes Send out office communications and training reminders Follow intake process and checklist for all incoming and exiting agents.
