Duties will vary, but requires answering multi-line phones, managing physician's schedules, and scheduling appointments with a strong patient-centric, customer service focus.
Must possess computer proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to be empathetic with patients.
Experience with Epic Electronic System desired.
Duties:
-Process codes and referrals -Familiar and able to work within Epic (Electronic System) -Cancel/reschedule schedules -Work with patients telephonically to address appointments, bring in for sooner appointments -Work with waitlists and manage documents -Able to process referrals for multiple locations and departments The right candidate will have attention to detail, ability to be empathetic with patients and multi-task successfull Job Type:
