Duties include:
Performing necessary day to day functions at the front desk, including interacting with patients, answering phones, checking emails, scheduling appointments, and collecting payments Presenting treatment options with pricing and payment plans Reviewing invoices, creating superbills, and managing inventory Supporting patients, staff, and providers on a daily basis Going above and beyond to ensure a positive patient experience
Qualifications:
Experience in a customer facing administrative role, preferably in a medical, dental, chiropractic, or naturopathic setting Ability to multi-task with a pleasant and calm demeanor Strong execution and implementation skills with follow through on completing tasks and projects Effective communication techniques to increase revenues and handle patient concerns Part-time candidates must be available all day on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
