year experience in estimating -Good interpersonal communication -Leadership qualities -Superior organizational abilities -Excellent time-management skills -Problem-solving skills -Decision-making abilities -Multitasking -Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment -Attention to detail -Knowledge estimating software, blue prints AND on center/Bluebeam Great work atmosphere and very generous pay scale and benefits.
