We have a part-time opening in the HR Department.
This is an important role in the company; coordinating HR support for our admin office and stores.
You will learn how to use our critical HR systems and support our company's main stakeholders such as the Admin team, GMs, and AGMs.
You will be expected to help enhance HR in all the stores and make a valuable impact for their People Team.
Accountability This position starts between $21.
00 to $23.
00 per hour and will directly report to Human Resources.
This is a part-time position, working approx.
10-20 hours per week and is available to be a hybrid position as a Team Member working in the restaurant.
This position will still be available for regular shifts at our local locations.
Specific Duties (in order of priority):
Recruiting & Onboarding Support 25% Point of contact for Recruiting challenges at the store level and enhancing recruiting visibility across all store markets.
Assist in evaluating store recruiting processes and providing recommendations.
Assist in ensuring stores are in compliance and are effective in interviews.
Assist stores if/when they need help being the main recruiter temporarily.
Assist in evaluating the Onboarding process and provide recommendations on a standard way of conducting orientation for all stores.
HR Systems Support 50% LMS enhancements (modules such as Learning, Performance, and HR) HR Systems first point of contact for troubleshooting such as information feeds issues, Learning Dashboards, and the full employee lifecycle in the system.
Assist in developing HR or OPS content for automation within our HR systems.
Provide new ideas, enhancements, and formalize a training and implementation plan.
HR Administration 25% Assist in other HR relations such as Team Member Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Worker's Comp, Incident Reports, and Payroll Compliance.
Create People newsletters, dashboards, trackers, or other forms of effective evaluations for HR related topics.
Other duties may be assigned.
Professional Requirements Computer systems knowledge including Windows OS, MS-Office & Google Docs.
