Is building work part of your DNA? Do you have experience in Excavation and Grading on either public or private projects? We need a strong Superintendent with expertise in earthwork, underground utilities, concrete structures, or highway work.
Experience within the California market is preferred but not required.
The Superintendent will be responsible for production crews and Foremen.
Employee Appreciation and Value Base Salary $120,000-160,000

years experience in the Heavy Civil construction arena with an emphasis dirt, underground, structures or highway.
Experience with projects above $5M 5
years in a Supervisory role Proven track record of profitable performance on both public and private projects An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent people skills, and will be a team player.
Must understand budgets, change orders, cost codes, purchase orders, and must have a full understanding of the overall project design.
Must have a working knowledge of GPS.
