Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards Assists with the day to day tasks of the human resources department and supports a wide range of HR activities including general administrative duties, recruitment and employee development, employee database management, payroll and benefits, employee liaison Advise and assist employees with understanding human resource policies and procedure Assists in the management of daily Human Resources operation to include, but not limited to, interviewing and hiring, employment and recruiting, training and development,help onboarding and off boardingentering wage/benefit compensation, relaying team member and labor relations, learning about contract compliance,tracking disciplinary procedures,filing workers compensation paperwork,assisting in safety and statutory compliance, assisting in recognition and reward activities.
Assist with the management of team member relations programs, activities and initiatives to include, but not limited to, picnics, holiday functions, health fairs, award banquets and special events.
Assist in the function of the data management system (TMX/HRIS) to include, but not limited to, entry of team member data, recording employment transitions (i.
e.
hire, separation, leaves of absence, etc.
), tracking training, tracking coaching and corrective action, generating reports, overseeing team member relations spreadsheets and processing unemployment claims Assist on compliance with Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and regulations Respond toguest andteam member inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner Perform additional duties as requested by Director/Manager Recording HR meetings (i-e investigation, safety and MAD minutes What are we looking for? The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
