The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work within and alongside various departments within our Marketing Agency:
primarily with Sales and Marketing to assist our outbound calling team to meet business goals, but will also ensure office management protocols are in place regarding computer inventory, vendor management, and more.
Job Roles and Responsibilities Overseeing our Packaging Intern regarding sales and marketing material shipment and other duties.
Content enhancement and quality control over interns and international employees' work.
Data Reporting - overseeing data mining and entry tasks.
Inventory management of office computer supplies; working with the IT team to ensure computers are available for new and existing employees; and overseeing the procurement of new equipment when needed.
Office organization and vendor management.

Proficient in the Google Suite and Microsoft Office platforms.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
