Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to join our team.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks related to employee management.
This position offers the flexibility to work on-site and remotely, depending on the candidate's preference and the needs of the company.
Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes for property management employees, residential employees, and maritime employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Support the HR team in benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and answering employee inquiries.
Assist in the coordination of employee training programs and workshops.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance evaluation forms.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities.
Support the HR team in addressing employee relations issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
Help maintain the HR database and generate reports as needed.
Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.
Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with HR processes and practices is an asset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Knowledge of property management, residential, or maritime industries is a plus.
