Collaborate with our team to gather content, including before-and-after photos, testimonials, and educational material.
Edit and proofread all social media content to maintain a professional and error-free online presence.
Community Engagement and Brand Advocacy:
Actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Foster meaningful connections and build relationships with followers, prospective patients, influencers, and industry professionals.
Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation across various platforms, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Identify brand advocates and collaborate with them to amplify our reach and promote positive patient experiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, including reach, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve social media strategies and content.
Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
