Owner Founded in 2012, Rough Draft Brewing Company brews San Diego-style IPAs, Hazys, Barrel-aged, and fruit forward beers.
This position is for various shifts at our location at the Sky Deck in the Del Mar Highlands.
Job pays $16.

Job Description:
The Server / Beertender, will provide outstanding customer service, and offer knowledge about our beer and the brewery.
Opening and closing duties required along with sidework.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Pouring Beers Clearing tables Work independently Opening and closing routines Keeping area clean and organized All bartenders are required to perform sidework including mopping, scrubbing, trash, etc.
Key skills and requirements:
Prior experience serving is preferred.
Experience in the hospitality industry including food or drink service is required.
Enthusiasm for craft beer must love beer.
Knowledge and eagerness to learn different beer styles and the basics of the brewing process.
Professional appearance.
Ability to work both independently and with teams.
Requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage one's self and work in an efficient manner and interact with other team members effectively and professionally.
Adhere to the employee manual and follow company practices including dress code.
Alcohol server training will be required.
Drug screening and background check will take place, drugs legal in California are okay.
All applicants must be 21 years old or over.
This position is located in San Diego, CA and is not eligible for relocation benefits.
