bonus National Funding is continuing to grow its Analytics Department and has an exciting opportunity for a Data Business Partner.
The Business Data Partner will be primarily responsible for Credit Portfolio analysis.
This includes critically reviewing the portfolio from trend, vintage, cohort, segmentation, and various perspectives to provide the executive management insights and recommendations.
The candidate will be a data-driven individual with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
This individual utilizes their analytics experience alongside technical tools to complete moderate to advanced analytics projects providing stakeholders with information necessary to make business decisions.
The Credit portfolio focused role will have a dotted line responsibility to the Chief Credit Officer.
They will be a strategic partner to the Credit department by leveraging insights from data.
They bridge the gap between the business area and data by providing analytics that drive business decisions.
Major
Responsibilities:
Analyzes data to provide insights to the Credit team delivering conclusions with detailed assumptions that provide a clear detail how the insights are derived Develops and maintains advanced and dynamic dashboards in Tableau for the business for both descriptive and prescriptive reporting Accumulates a deep understanding of processes that create data as well as how that data is used by applications and users; works with product management, developers, and end users to maintain the highest level of integrity and accuracy within the data Uses data and process knowledge to assist in the data warehouse development The ideal candidate will have the ability to tell stories with the data, communicate effectively and instill confidence in recommendations to motivate stakeholders to take action Ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources, developing assumptions where needed, to drive business insights and strategy development.
Develops new and better analytics approaches to solve questions in a creative way Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Minimum 7
years of experience in business analytics Minimum 5
