As the Senior Business Manager, Analytics, you will have the opportunity to make life better in the devices segment of Image Guided Therapya fast-growing, fast-moving franchise within greater Philips.
In this role you are responsible for Building and maintain economic models which will help create scenarios, sensitivity and predictive analytics to further the business segment's value proposition and profitability Ensure pricing and plans lead to profitable revenue and margin growth for the overall business segment Collaborating with marketing product managers, and program management leadership to identify and implement levers to align analyzes for accurate business assessment Work with cross-functional teams to improve and simplify processes across value proposition and all channels Evaluate business model risks, and help to facilitate detailed financial risk management on the portfolio to plan; communicate them to management Develop and produce departmental reports, dashboards regarding product strategy and analysis, profitability, historical reporting, and financial analysis Research and gather business and financial information regarding business results.
Perform basic ad hoc analyses to support business decision making.
Provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding results Design and implement complex and highly specialized models and tools to support business decisions based on data and business needs Develop a thorough understanding of the business and its functions, processes, and operations - the businesses' product lines, and understand their use and opportunity Participate in the planning of implementation of new projects, products, and plans to achieve business objectives; assist in developing project plans You are a part of The coronary segment within IGT Devices, and a member of the Coronary Leadership team who is chartered with the strategic planning, prioritization of the largest category within Image Guided Therapy Devices.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, finance or a related mathematics disciple; MBA preferred 8
years of experience, including reporting and data analysis experience Strong communication and presentation skills required Must be able to work independently with minimal direction Must have a good understanding of the global medical device environment to effectively respond to global market concerns and provide financial / analytical support for products Proficient software skills across all standard programs; Salesforce.
com experience a plus Advanced Excel skills required; experience with business intelligence platforms like QlikView, Cognos, and/or PowerBI a plus Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary Demonstrated ability to acquire technical and business process knowledge and skills quickly Excellent and concise analytical and problem-solving skills; must be able to learn new concepts quickly A healthy disdain for the status quo, and a willingness to question existing practices to identify better alternatives Sets a standard of ethics and excellence in alignment with the Philips General Business Principles.
Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success.
Experience working in a matrixed environment with distributed accountabilities and unclear precedent Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $113,641 - $209,798 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
