Regional Business Manager (Nutraceuticals)

Accountable for development and execution of sales growth and profitability for new and existing products as well as responsible for customer satisfaction and business expansion within specified territory.
The role will oversee all commercial aspect in North America working directly with customers and distributors.
This position can be worked remotely from within the USKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIESoDrive existing and new business development and financial growth of new and existing product range.
oExpand sales into new market segments, distributors and regions.
oIdentify new opportunities and work closely with both potential and existing customers to help broaden penetration into new markets, increasing Company profitability.
oWork closely with the R&D team and customers to help drive potential new business through application of technology.
oManage accounts through the entire sales process which includes prospecting, business development, contract negotiation, signing and post-sales support.
oMaintain a high level of knowledge regarding the use and application of the company's products in order to resolve issues with stakeholders.
oContribute to solving technical problems in relation to product specification, function, application, cost and timeliness.
oDevelop strategy and execute business plans for the assigned regions.
oDevelop relationships with new and existing customers to identify emerging needs and business challenges.
oApply scientific knowledge to customer training and application opportunities with existing and potential customers.
oResearch and evaluate market trends, gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability.
oChampion the customer within the business and always represent the Company and its interests in customer relations.
oResponsible for the region's sales forecasts and tracking.
oPrepare monthly sales report including marketing activities.
oAssist in the preparation of budgets as required.
oMaintain customer data in our CRM system (ACT)KEY SELECTION CRITERIAoHave a previous track record of exceptional performance within the foodingredients/pharmaceutical/healthcare sales industry;oAbility to learn quickly, and some comfort with a highly technical industry;oPrevious experience of introducing new technology or products to market would be a distinct advantage.
oIdeally be degree qualified in science or a related discipline; Recommended Skills Business Development Contract Negotiation Curiosity Finance Financial Management Forecasting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
