Entry Level HR Coordinator (Part Time)

Assist with the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of all applicants Review frontline applications and ensure the applicant meets all hiring requirements Conduct applicant placement interviews (in-person or phone call) Maintain open and consistent communication via phone and email with applicants Complete new hire processing appointments, including reviewing paperwork, I-9s, etc.
Participate in on-site & off-site job fairs and hiring events Track candidate activity and disposition candidates in the applicant tracking system Assist the HR department in various functions, including but not limited to administrative duties and internal recruitment activities Assist with personnel records management Review frontline applications and ensure the applicant meets all hiring requirements Offer and decline positions for entry-level positions Assists leadership staff with various employment related projects Answers questions and addresses any errors in the new hire paperwork packet Answers phones and other administrative duties Perform other duties as assigned Maintain area cleanliness Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed What it takes to succeed:
At least 6 months experience in related work experience or 6 months park experience is preferred.
Park leadership experience in Park Operations, Culinary Operations and Merchandise preferred At least 18 years of age High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Bachelor's degree from a four-year college university or currently working towards a bachelor's degree preferred Must provide flexible, consistent availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and adhere to our Holiday and Availability agreement 4 days of unrestricted availability during peak season and 3 days of unrestricted availability during non-peak season Typically scheduled weekdays during Employment Center Operational hours, however, may be scheduled on weekends & evenings as needed Compensation:
$18.
00 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
