Compensation Analyst [Hybrid]

The Compensation Analyst will evaluate, execute and communicate new and revised compensation programs, policies and procedures.
They will also lead various initiatives related to data gathering and analysis that support activities related to job analysis, annual compensation cycle, and other pay programs.
Provide job analysis, evaluation and market pricing for the company's compensation system, including but not limited to the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Drive compensation analysis in areas such as internal equity analysis, review of compression issues, identification of retention needs, and other data-driven research linking pay to business needs.
Manage the job/salary survey process.
Prepare analysis to assist with company salary structure movement and budget decisions.
Provide proactive and strategic support of international initiatives, and educate and influence EDF Renewable Energy on all compensation-related issues and decisions.
Design, develop, and deliver compensation tools, templates, and guidelines to support international needs.
Assist with the employee performance and compensation review process.
Assist with the current short term and long-term incentive based compensation programs and their evolution into a systematic solution.
Analyze the effectiveness of all incentive programs and make changes as needed.
Identify, recommend, and implement technology related solutions to support EDF Renewable Energy HR's strategic direction, action plans, and employee initiatives.
Ensure projects meet expected standards of cost, schedule, completion timeline and quality.
Develop and maintain robust understanding of HR business drivers and metrics.
Acquires advanced knowledge on the evolving regulatory environment, pay equity, and other areas related to compensation.
Support various ad hoc financial analytics including comparative analyses.
Other responsibilities as requested.
Must have the following:
Bachelors' degree required, preferably in a Business Administration, Human Resources or Accounting/Finance related discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience with data analysis Strong cross-functional experience in finance, accounting, and human resources.
Proven problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills; strategic and creative thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and project management tools.
Creative problem solving combined with extremely strong communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail; experience dealing with projects, paperwork and legal documents.
Able to work independently and maintain positive work relationships with HR team members.
Ability effectively communicate complex total reward concepts.
Good to have the following:
Compensation experience supporitng a mid to large size organization.
This role's annual base salary range is between $70,238 and $117,063.
