Under direct supervision of the Vice President, the Floating Administrator-Licensed manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the designated or assigned Program on an interim basis, which involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements.
Shifts Available:
Full Time Salaried Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Available to assist staff during client crisis at night and weekendsTelecare proudly participates in wage transparency.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)o100% Travel Required:
you will be assigned to programs throughout Southern CA including Central CoastoMust have experience running a variety of behavioral health programs.
oMaster's in social services or doctorate in psychologyoValid and current LCSW, LMFT, LPCC with CA BBS or Lic PsyD / PhyD with BOPoFour (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care settingoTwo (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensingoValid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
