__ Essential Duties (what your first 6 months will look like) From the first day:
You are engaged, learn quickly, pay attention to the details, and have a high level of urgency working at a consistently fast pace.
You are able to work Monday-Friday 8am - 6pm with additional overtime shifts throughout the rest of the week.
Within the first two weeks:
You will learn to prep, pack, and seal kit packages ready for distribution.
You will lift, carry, push and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis for up to 4 hours at a time.
If successful within the first 30 days:
You will pull and learn to pack orders in a fast-paced environment and ensure that the warehouse continues to deliver packages to its customers on time and with care.
If successful within the first 6 months:
You will have been cross trained throughout the distribution center and can support receiving, scanning, stocking incoming products.
If successful within the first year:
You will have learned to support export shipments.
You will have a full understanding of the seasonal cycles of business.
__ Skills and Experience Ability to understand and follow instruction regarding work duties and safety methods.
(required) Ability to discern numbers (add, subtract, multiply and divide 2 digit numbers) and discern information to sort packages correctly (required) Ability to read and understand documents and follow written instructions.

__ Additional Job Elements Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud Must be able to work in an environment where the temperature may vary between 60 and 90 degrees, and will occasionally exceed 90 degrees Must be able to continuously climb and descend stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs).
