- own vehicle to travel to job locations - own cleaning supplies/equipments including but not limited to:
Vacuum Mop Duster Towels Cleaning solutions for different surfaces (counterops, granite, tile, hardwood floor) and appliances (oven, fridge, washer and dryer) Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas - Empty trash and replace liners - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor - Must be able to work most weekend
Benefits:
- Extremely flexible hours - Cleaner to submit availability weekly and job will be assigned accordingly.
Must be able to work on weekend
Experience:
- Previous experience in RESIDENTIAL is preferred - Have general understanding of differences between standard vs deep cleaning - Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
