Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate specializing in Cellular Business Internet Routers, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our product distribution process.
Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting new and refurbished routers, managing returns, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize new and refurbished cellular business internet routers.
Conduct thorough inspections of returned routers, documenting issues and processing returns.
Collaborate with refurbishment teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment, adhering to shipping guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with quality control processes and return inspections.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 30lb Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
Previous warehouse experience, is preferred.
