- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medications according to prescribed instructions - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment - Document and report any changes in individual's condition or behavior Requirements - Previous experience in direct support or patient care preferred - Ability to lift and transfer individuals who may have limited mobility - Knowledge of medication administration and proper dosage procedures - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Note:
