Looking for an Administrative Assistant to help Co-Presidents with daily organization and follow ups to allow them to focus more on the bigger tasks to run the company efficiently.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling for company Executives.
Coordinate all business travel arrangements.
Organize and help prepare for meetings including gathering documentation and attending meetings when needed.
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
Maintain various records and documents for company Executives.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Time-management skills Ability to pay attention to detail.
Organization skills Ability to multitask.
Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office Interpersonal skills Qualified candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration.
