- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and accurately.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
- Knowledge of technology sales or electronics sales is a plus.
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stock shelves and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
