The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for leading and developing the customer service team, managing customer inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Customer Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives Manage customer service representatives schedule Monitor customer service representative performance and provide feedback Develop customer service policies and procedures Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and comments Ensure customers' issues are resolved in a timely manner Taking ownership on customer satisfaction levels Develop customer service initiatives to improve customer satisfaction Provide customer service training to new and existing employees Customer Service Lead Requirements and Qualifications 5
years of customer service experience Proven experience in leading customer service teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
