Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company database - Perform clerical duties such as filing, data collection, and administrative tasks - Transcribe customer information and enter it into the database with precision - Utilize computerized systems to access customer information and resolve issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Generate reports and pivot tables to analyze customer data and trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in working with databases and performing data entry tasks - Excellent clerical skills, including filing, transcribing, and administrative duties - Familiarity with computerized systems for accessing and managing customer information - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Note:
