Duties - Coordinate and oversee various aspects of the customer's order from start to finish - Order entry utilizing Oasis software -Provide timely updates on order shipments and inventory availability -Pro-actively communicate with manufacturers, customers, inside quotations, and outside sales representatives -Compile cut sheets in an easy to read submittal package - Collaborate with manufacturers, quoters, contractors, and distributors to ensure project goals are met - Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Manage order documentation, including quotations and purchase orders - Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise -Draft lighting quotes for small requests Skills - Strong proficiency in project coordination and management - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination within the construction industry.
