The administrative assistant position will support our front line team in processing orders, staying compliant, and helping with back end paperwork required for growing our business.
We are an eCommerce platform and almost all of our paperwork is digital, so computer skills are a must.
We work with multiple apps and software so the ideal candidate will be able to quickly learn and adapt to our systems.

Responsibilities:
Handling a large volume of quality control compliance, which involves verification of customers' payments, identification documents, contracts, and adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.
Processing paperwork, data entry, and email or light phone communication Performing audits on inventory, compliance, missing documents, etc.
Requirements:
Be able to do repetitive tasks fast, accurately, and reliably.
Prefer a 65
wpm typing speed Technologically proficient.
Specifically Microsoft Excel and Google ecosystem (Google Sheets, Google Drive) Impeccable attention to detail and not prone to making mistakes.
Very thorough and punctual as some of our tasks are time sensitive Preferences:
Bachelors preferred 1-2 yrs experience in previous administrative role, experience should show meticulous work ethic Job Type:
