Nextivity Nextivity San Diego, CA San Diego, CA Full-time Full-time $27 - $35 an hour $27 - $35 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Summary The Company's Shipping & Receiving Administrator is responsible for creating/managing all shipping documentation for all shipments from the San Diego office, receiving and closing all purchase orders received at the San Diego office, closing, and loading SNs for all Sales Orders, and inventory management of local stockroom.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Shipping Package items for all shipments either individual shipments or pallet shipments.
Create shipping labels for all shipments from the San Diego office.
Interface with shipping/receiving departments for internal/external customers.
Manage shipment log and invoice approval for all shipments from the San Diego office.
Confirm POD with JAS, FedEx, etc.
for invoicing San Diego shipments.
Close all SOs upon shipment, load SNs in Expandable.
Other duties as assigned.
Receiving Receive all items for all shipments either individual shipments or pallet shipments to the San Diego office.
Close all purchase orders received at the San Diego office via Expandable, notify Accounting to proceed with payment.
Other duties as assigned.
RMA Repackage RMA's that are received at the San Diego office.
Shipping of North America (NA) RMA returns.
Process advanced replacement RMAs.
Other duties as assigned.
Stockroom Configure sales orders shipping from San Diego (demo, RMA and revenue).
Process inventory transactions in stores code A, H and N.
Inventory management Systematic organization of stock.
min/max for refurb/replacement stock.
Raw material inventory (A1/N1/H1).
SIM cards for private networking - kitting and packing.
Maintain accuracy of all inventories stored at Nextivity.
Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience General purchasing and sourcing experience is preferred.
Experience in Data Entry, Cataloging and Filing preferred Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with MRP/ERP system expertise.
Education High school degree or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field) is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
