Bring best practices to support our financial plans and policies, accounting practices and proceduresBe responsible for creating new program spend plans and EACsAttend and be responsible for the financial structure/revenue setup for internal project kick-off meetingsD evelop and maintain customer financial reports and deliverablesAssist with cash flow by approving expenses ensuring invoices are submitted to clients in a timely manner and analyzing the DSO to look for ways to improveBe responsible for program revenue and profit reportingBe responsible for subcontractor and consultant accruals, cost tracking and invoice reviewsSupport financial planning, forecasts, and provide controller responsibilities such as A/R, Journal entries, A/P, etcWork side by side with Program Managers to help their programs be successful and interact with all functional and line organizationsMust continuously be energized by a fast-paced environment and balance closing each month with attending needed PM/customer meetingsAt SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain top talentElements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunitiesSPA provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from workThe specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, etcPlease note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline onlySalaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerationsCalifornia Pay Transparency Range:
$100,000-$120,000Qualifications Required Qualifications:
o Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
o Expert user of MS Excel.
o Strong working knowledge of Deltek Costpoint.
o 7
years of experience as a Project Controller/Financial Analyst for a Government Contractor.
o In depth knowledge of Cost Plus, FFP, and T&M contracts.
o Strong working knowledge of Government Contracts pricing.
o Must be open to a hybrid work schedule.
o Eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
Qualifications:
o Knowledge and experience with FAR, CAS, DCAA, GAAP, and SOX compliance.
o Experience with budgeting and forecasting in Focus Point or similar budgeting tool.
o Experience supporting the financial requirements for direct programs and monthly close participation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
