We are presently seeking a Field Service Technician with exceptional mechanical and customer service capabilities.
The Field Service Technician position is an opportunity to support and service fitness products including Cardio, Strength, Video and Networked systems.
This role will be responsible for providing high-level of customer care and technical troubleshooting to resolve product and customer issues within various fitness spaces.
Responsibilities and Duties Diagnostic of all types of fitness equipment.
Fitness equipment repairs completed by proper adjustment or parts replacement.
Ensuring completed repairs are clean, problem free and completely functional.
Assists in areas of production, installation and service.
Maintains accurate records of machines serviced.
Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area.
Qualifications and Skills To be most qualified you should have:
Strong Mechanical aptitude Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license required.
