The Project Coordinator assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently.
Their main duties include responding to customer questions, making sure orders are processed on time and scheduling installation appointments.
The right candidate will have great attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to think critically and problem solve.
The Project Coordinator will:
Organize order information physically and electronically; Place orders with vendors and communicate with customers, salespeople and other partners regarding timelines; Follow orders through production, communicating with salespeople and/or customer regarding changes or challenges; and Coordinate with vendors, customers and salespeople through delivery and installation.
