Dutieso You will create estimates to support plans, programs, and activities.

26Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sectorSpecialized experience can be defined as:
o Experience with Defense Travel System and the DOD Joint Travel Regulations including PCS and TDY with an ability to interpret federal travel regulations.
o Experience with comprehensive, detailed knowledge, and understanding of budgetary policies, procedures, and regulations with a detailed knowledge of administrative and financial management systems and skills in identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of issues related to travel execution management.
o Experience reviewing and evaluating budget requests and controlling and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
o Experience analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organizations programs and administrative operations.
o Experience implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets and providing advice on effecting and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organizations programs and activities.
