Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required Licensure:
Licensed or License Eligible as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist required.

, ASW, APCC, or AMFT) or be licensed waivered or eligible for license waiver with the County.
As an Assistant Program Director, you will:
Assist the Program Director and Service Line Vice President with the day-to-day operations of the assigned program, to include all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, staff management, client care, and quality assurance and control.
Oversee all admissions to the program and coordinate with other mental health service providers and community resources.
Provide supervision to direct service team members, as assigned by the Director.
Participate in staffing management functions, including interview/hiring, training, payroll/timesheet processing, development, evaluations, and performance counseling as needed.
Ensure that program meets or exceeds client service requirements by monitoring units of service in accordance with our contracts.
Support a collaborative and consultative culture within the program to optimize service delivery.
Monitor treatment programs and individual client care, quality control procedures, daily programming, and ensuring the program is in compliance with all regulations.
May carry an active case load at any time while maintaining administrative duties.
Monitor client database for quality assurance and client files for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure budgetary compliance by following all procedures for expense processing, adhering to accounting procedures for accounts payable and receivables.
Additional Qualifications and Skills Professional leadership experience preferred At least two years of experience in a mental health environment; previous supervisory experience is helpful CPR/First Aid certification is required and must be kept current during employment Organized, with a strong attention to detail Knowledge of co-occurring disorders is essential Knowledge of County Health and Human Services requirements is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel required; previous training with Cerner helpful A valid California driver's license in good standing and eligibility to be an approved CRF driver is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position.
In addition, proof of insurance is required prior to driving personal vehicles on company business.
Must be able to pass criminal/background clearance and credentialing review

We serve individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
Services include initial psychosocial assessments, psychiatric and medication evaluations, ongoing medication support services, limited individual and group counseling, supported housing, care coordination, case management, and linking clients with additional community-based supports.
