Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer

Mechanical/HVAC Subcontractor looking for a Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager

Job duties


  • Reading plans and conducting onscreen takeoffs
  • creating project budgets and generating proposals for customers
  • Manage projects during production to ensure the projects are completed within budget
  • Schedule job-site visits with our Production Team
  • Make takeoff sheets, determine pricing and create estimates for our specialty project customers
  • Extract details from plans when requested
  • Answer inquiries from customers and other members of the team on the phone and via email
  • Other office duties, projects and tasks as assigned
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and excel in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
